PURPOSE:To easily reset, correct and change the lead-out position of a print medium by providing a non-volatile memory and conducting combination operation of switches. CONSTITUTION:When a print medium is sucked and a motor 7 is driven to complete lead-out, SEL switch 27a is pressed down to be offline. In such a condition, on pressing down FF switch 27c once, with TOF switch 27b pressed down, lead-out position is corrected to forward for one pulse by additional function programmed in the switch 27. On pressing down LF switch 27d once, with the switch 27b pressed down, the lead-out position is corrected to back for one pulse by the above additional function. After the completion of correction, the switches 27b, 27a are pressed down to restore to be online. Further, at the time of the subsequent sucking and lead-out operation, the lead-out position can be changed to the same position as the above reset position by the above additional function.
