PURPOSE:To foam and cure polyurethane effectively by providing a clearance at the leading end of a gun, forcing air through the clearance to form a spiral flow, agitating two liqs. and spouting the liqs. from a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A liq. resin, a curing agent and compressed air are used to produce a rigid foamed material. Air is supplied from a hose 7 through a valve 6 and sent from a hole 4L to a clearance 8B both through holes 4K and 5C and through holes 4M and 5D from the midway of the hole 4L. When air sent under pressure from the two passages is spouted from a nozzle 8A, a spiral flow of air is generated in the clearance 8B due to the effect of the holes 4K, 5C, 4M and 5D of the passages shifted from the center and then air is spouted from the nozzle 8A. The liqs. A and B pass through the respective holes, enter a groove 5 and then enter the clearance 8B along with air. Accordingly, agitation and foaming are efficiently carried out.
