PURPOSE:To make it possible to set the jet speed of ink to a predetermined value or more even at low voltage and to increase strength, by adjusting the thickness of the electrode of a piezoelectric ceramics tube to 1mum or less. CONSTITUTION:Conductors are respectively adhered to the inner and outer peripheral surface of a piezoelectrics tube 3 to form positive and negative electrodes 4a, 4b and the inner peripheral side electrode 4a is formed in an extended state so as to be turned to reach the outer peripheral surface. Each of the electrodes 4a, 4b is formed in a thickness of 1mum or less so that the piezoelectric ceramics tube 3 generates large displacement even at low voltage. A liquid conduit 1 is engaged with the inside of the piezoelectric ceramics tube 3 having the electrodes adhered thereto. The liquid conduit 1 has a liquid jet orifice 2 provided to the leading end thereof and is connected to a liquid sump at the rear end thereof. Lead wires 5a, 5a are soldered to the electrodes 4a, 4b to be connected to a power source. The release of the thin electrodes is prevented by this soldering and the soldered part of each electrode is formed so as to be made thicker than the remaining part. |
