PURPOSE:To detect instantaneously defects arising in a processor to switch said processor to other ones and to continue processing by comparing inner states of the same plural processors operated by a single clock with their output results. CONSTITUTION:A clock generator 11 generates the clock 12 supervising an overall main system. Three processors have the same constitution and execute the same processing. The states of the inner bus 14 and the output line 15 of each processor are fetched to a comparator 16, and the difference between the states of the processors normally executing the same state changes in synchronizing with the same clock is detected to find a defective processor. Then a defect information 17 is transmitted to an output switching device 18, and a normally operating processor is selected, thereby outputting information.
