PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to carry plural devices for maintenance and services and to facilitate the maintenance and service by forming a floppy disk device, a CRT display device, a keyboard and a card IC in one body so as to be portable. CONSTITUTION:An input and output device 1 is formed into a longitudinally-long box shape, and thereon a U-shaped knob 1a is fitted so that it can tilt. The box-shaped upper end part is provided with the CRT display device 2, a card IC interface 3 inserting the card IC and a micro-floppy disk device 4, and also provided wit the keyboard 5 fitted in such a way that it can tilt in a range of 180 deg. with the aid of a hinge. On the other hand, the box-shaped back is provided with a channel 6 connecting a numerical controller. The input and output device 1 incorporates a processor composed of a main memory device, an arithmetic device, etc. When the device is carried, the keyboard 5 can be folded on a surface equipped with the CRT display device, etc.
