PURPOSE:To move and control efficiently an indicated graphic by providing a detecting means detecting a physical amount acting on an indicated graphic moving means and changing the moving speed of the indicated graphic in accordance with the magnitude of the physical amount detected by said detecting means. CONSTITUTION:When a key button 11 on a keyboard 1 is depressed, a CPU 2 decides the moving direction of the indicated graphic according to a status in which key button is depressed. The key button 11 is pressed to deform (compress) a spring 12, and a distortion gauge 13 installed on the spring 12 measures the magnitude sigma of stress in the spring 12, and transfers it to the CPU 2. It decides the indicated graphic moving speed (v) corresponding to the stress sigma.
