Pharmaceutical composition containing glafenine, which takes the form of a film-coated tablet suitable for oral administration, characterized in that it contains the following constituents : a) glafenine [4-(2'-carboxyphenylamino)- 7-chloroquinoline-alpha-monoglyceride], b) at least one pharmaceutically acceptable solid acid, c) at least one binder, d) at least one disintegrating agent, e) at least one film-forming agent, the weight ratio of the constituent b) to the constituent a) being from 1:4 to 1:1. |
