发明名称 METHOD FOR FORMING HEAT GENERATING RESISTOR IN THICK FILM TYPE THERMAL PRINTING HEAD
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make the width of a heat generating resistor uniform and fine while attaining to enhance workability, by applying a resistor forming paste to the substrate, to which the heat generating resistor is formed, along the surface thereof and baking the same to form the heat generating resistor. CONSTITUTION:A glaze layer 20 and the required number of strip shaped leads 31 overlapped with said glase layer at one ends thereof are preformed to a substrate at the predetermined positions thereof. In a usual thick film type thermal printing head, heat generating resistors are formed to the glaze layer 20 along the surface thereof. At first, the nozzle 40 of a dispenser is positioned above the base end side of the glaze layer 20 so as to provide a predetermined gap and moved toward the final end side of the glaze layer 20 so as to provide a predetermined gap and moved toward the final end side of the glaze layer at a constant speed while the gap therebetween is kept constant. After a resistor forming paste 50 was applied to the glaze layer by this method, said paste is baked to obtain the strip shaped heat generating resistors.</p>
