PURPOSE:To automate the water supply and stop by controlling an electromagnetic water supply part on the basis of the detection information of a sensor for detecting the presence of a human being in a certain area. CONSTITUTION:A sensor part 6 which detects the presence of a human being in a certain area and consists of an infrared-ray transmission part 4 and a receiving part 5 is installed. A control part 7 is installed which generates the control information on the basis of the detection information supplied from the sensor part 6, and controls an electromagnetic water supply cock according to said control information. With such constitution, water supply and stop can be automated.
