PURPOSE:To easily set stepped pins and permanent magnets in molds and to exactly fix the permanent magnets, by positioning and fixing the permanent magnets in the axial and peripheral direction, with stepped pins arranged in the molds. CONSTITUTION:On opening an upper mold 4 and a lower mold 5, stepped pins 7 and a shaft 1 are fitted in the lower mold 5. In this state, permanent magnets 2 are inserted into a cavity 6, and are positioned by the stepped pins 7 and arranged on the outer peripheral section of the shaft 1 so that the slanted surface sections 2a, 2a on the periphery direction both sides of the half lower sections of the permanent magnets 2 may come in contact with the outer peripheral face of the small diameter sections 7c of the stepped pins 7, and so that the end surface sections may come in contact with the step sections 7a of the stepped pins 7. In this manner, by the stepped pins 7 for guides, the permanent magnets 2 can be arranged at the specified sections on the outer periphery of the shaft 1, and so e permanent magnets 2 can be easily positioned. |
