PURPOSE:To enable formation of a pattern having high accuracy and high resolution with the decreased process for production by printing and developing the pattern by utilizing a photosensitive resin film formed on a polarization forming film surface and penetrating directly a polarization forming ink into the pattern. CONSTITUTION:A polarization forming film 1, a photosensitive resin film 2 and a negative film 3 are successively superposed to three layers and light is applied thereto to print and expose said layers. Only the parts 2a except the parts projected with the light are formed on the surface. When the film 1 is thoroughly dipped into polarization forming ink 4, the ink 4 penetrates only into the parts of the film 1 where the film 2 is not formed, that is, the parts of the pattern, thus forming a polarizable pattern 5 in said parts. The remaining parts 2a of the film 2 are thoroughly removed by an org. solvent, etc. and the polarizing pattern 5 is formed on the film 1. |
