PURPOSE:To prevent the thermal influence on the pressure equalizing function of a press by forming a spacing chamber within a movable table and sealing liquid and gas therein respectively at a ratio of specific volume %. CONSTITUTION:The spacing chamber 32 is formed within the movable table 31 of a hydraulic press 30. More specifically, the table 31 is divided to a working table 33 and a movable table 34 and the spacing chamber 32 meeting the size of a working surface part is formed therebetween. Bolts 37 which are held combined with belleville springs 38 are used for uniting both tables. A heat resistant oil is sealed through an oil sealing port 46 into the chamber 32 and is so adjusted that the ratios of the oil and air attain 90% and 10% respectively by volume. The tale 31 is hydraulically driven in this stage and the press operation is carried out by means of upper and lower dies 23, 24, then the oil and air in the chamber 32 expand by the thermal influence of the dies 23, 24 but the influence of the deflection of a pressure receiving flame is eliminated. The thermal influence on the pressure equalizing function of the press is thus prevented. |
