This appts. detects the side of the drum (1) by a guider (11). The automatic centering device(4) moves along the frame (3). The supporting arm (7) moves up and down. The nut runner rotates the socket (18), and the support plate (20) supports the fixed bolt (17). The bolt (17) of the drum is tightened by the runner (19).
