PURPOSE:To enable prevention and control of the generation of filling noise in a cab, by a method wherein the opening of a dust cover, attached to the upper part of a suction pipe located upright between a cab and a load-carrying platform, is disposed so that it points to the outside in the lateral direction of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A suction device 3 is positioned between a cab 1 and a load-carrying platform 2 situated therebehind, and is provided with a suction pipe 4, installed upright, and a dust cover 5 situated to the upper part thereof. In which case, the dust cover 5 has an opening 8 pointing to the ouside in the lateral direction of a vehicle. A suction pipe 4 is secured to a bottom wall 5a of the dust cover 5, and a suction port 6 is formed in the upper part of the suction pipe 4 in a direction extending opposite to that of the opening 8. This causes pulsating noise to be dispersed toward the outside in the lateral direction of the vehicle, resulting in the possibility to prevent enterance of the pulsating noise into a gap between the cab 1 and the load-carrying platform 2. This enables prevention of the occurrence of a resonance phenomenon between the cab 1 and the load- carrying platform 2 and the generation of filling noise in the cab 1. |
