PURPOSE:To form an electromagnetic shield and to reduce the manufacturing cost with light weight by forming an electromagnetic wave shielding layer due to agglomeration of a magnetic unit in a synthetic rubber or synthetic resin protective coating formed integrally with the outside. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor 1 is placed at the prescribed position on a substrate 2, and an electronic device 3 is composed with other circuits and electric parts. A protective coating 4 made of silicone rubber is integrally provided by potting, and a fibrous permalloy agglomerated layer 5 is formed on the portion for coating the microprocessor 1 of the coating 4. Since the microprocessor 1 most necessary to shield against the electromagnetic wave is enclosed without gap with the layer 5, the protection against the external disturbing radio wave and the leakage prevention of the electromagnetic wave to the exterior can be completed. |
