PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized AC constant voltage stabilizing power source device which is not affected by the frequency of a power source, has less waveform distortion and responds quickly. CONSTITUTION:Power source with different phases are connected to an input power source through a booster transformer 11. Said power source is made by a Toulon circuit composed of a neutral marking transformer 12, a capacitor 13 and a control resistance 14. Since the phase of a voltage applied to the booster transformer 11 can be changed by varying the resistance value of the control resistance 14, the output voltage can be controlled in such a way. Accordingly the output value of the AC constant voltage stabilizing power source is taken for an input, and how much the input value deviates from a reference value 26 is detected to change the resistance value of said control resistance 14 in accordance with the deviating value, thereby obtaining a constant power source voltage.
