PURPOSE:To improve the cooling efficiency by forming a belt accommodating chamber surrounding a belt transmission part into sealed structure except at an air inflow port and a discharge port and installing a ventilating means for generating air stream from the air inflow port to the discharge port. CONSTITUTION:An air inflow port 8a is formed in the vicinity of the driving-side pulley 10 of a belt transmission part 9, and an air discharge port 8b is formed in the vicinity of a trailing-side pulley 11. A sealed structure is formed except at the inflow port 8a and the discharge port 8b. Cooling fins 14 are formed on the side surfaces of the driving-side pulley 10 and the trailing-side pulley 11, and the stream of air is generated from the air inflow port 8a to the dis charge port 8b. Therefore, the air cooling having the superior efficiency can be obtained even with a belt accommodating chamber in sealed structure.
