PURPOSE:To aim at enhancing the efficiency and economy of a system for limited production of multiple products, by carrying out such a production process control that an optimum production facility in accordance with a working condition with which a next working process indicated in process steps may be carried out, is determined at each time when a certain working process is completed. CONSTITUTION:After receiving an actual result upon completion of a work, production devices which are possible to carry out the next process are selected. If a plural number of production devices are selected, the data of tools which each production device has at present, are checked, to select production devices which are more appropriate to carry out the next process. If a plural number of further devices are further selected, the work waiting condition of each production device is checked to select and determine the most optimum production device for the next process. Such a production information is delivered to a production control device 3 for controlling the selected production device. AS mentioned above, the working process are progressed while more appropriate production devices are selected. Accordingly, it is possible to aim at enhancing the activity rate of the facility, making short the time priod of production and as well at reducing the capacity of memory for storing informations. |
