PURPOSE:To make it possible to prepare a plastic sheet material of high surface accuracy, by supplying films having mirror surfaces contacted with both inner surfaces of belts in between endless belts, pouring a resin raw materials between the two films and forming continuously the sheet materials by moving the sheet material with endless belts. CONSTITUTION:Both side edge parts of films pulled out from film rolls 14, 15 are coated with adhesive 23 and the films are pulled out as they are adhered. The films of a bag state 180 thus prepared are passed through between the guide plates 8, 9 and then the endless belts 2, 3 and finally reach the end part of a continuous polymerization apparatus 1. A resin raw material 26 poured in a resin liquid tank 13 drops on the upper end surface of the endless belt 3 through a nozzle 2 and are filled into the film of the bag state 180 and is then expanded therein. The films 8, 8 adhere tightly on the inner surfaces of the endless belts 2, 3 by the expansion. The resin raw material 26 and the film 180 move with the endless belts 2, 3 in one body and are guided into an oil bath 6 to prepare continuously a plastic sheet material. |
