发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING FLOW RATE RATIO OF MIXTURE GAS
摘要 PURPOSE:To cope with the change of consumption of mixture gas by using a computing element which performs operations with use of the before-and after-valve pressure signals, the valve opening amount signal and the flow rate signal and an adder which adds the operating pressure signals of the control valve. CONSTITUTION:A computing element 9 receives the before- and after-valve pressure signals 11 and 10, flow rate signal 12 and the valve opening amount signal 17 to obtain in time division the pressure change amounts before and after the control valve (a). The difference is obtained between the value of multiplication of the pressure change signal after the valve and the signal 10 and the value of multiplication of the pressure change signal before the valve and the signal 11 (b). The difference between the 2nd power value of the signal 11 and that of the signal 10 is raised to 3/2nd power (c). The value obtained from the term (b) is multiplied by the value obtained from the term (c), and then the value obtained from the term (b) is subtracted by the proper value decided from the opening amount of the control valve (d). then the value of the valve opening amount correction signal is obtained by multiplying the value obtained from the term (d) by the flow rate of that time point. The operating output signal 13a of the control valve is added with the output signal 15 of the unit 9 by an adder 19 for production of the signal 13b. Thus the control valves 2b and 3b are controlled by the signal 13b.
