PURPOSE:To attain structure suitable for taping by leading out a round or square rod shaped extended terminal to the outside of a case. CONSTITUTION:Extended terminals 5a, 5b are connected respectively to lead terminals 22a, 22b and they are led out to the outside of the case 3. Since the extended terminals 5a, 5b are of round or square rod shape, the degree of freedom against bending is large and the type of material and size suitable for taping are selected independently. Thus,a ceramic oscillator 10 using the terminals is suitable for taping. A taping hoop member made of soft copper material or the like is used and the plural terminals extended from a frame 6 are used as the extended terminals 5a, 5b.
