PURPOSE:To adjust the offset easily even when the gain is comparatively low by providing the 1st and 2nd voltage current conversion circuits being of complementary type receiving a signal in common and the 1st and 2nd current mirror circuits being of opposite characteristic to each other. CONSTITUTION:A collector of a transistor (TR) Qa of the 1st voltage current conversion circuit 2a is connected to the input side of the 2nd current mirror circuit 4d and a collector of a TR Qb of the 2nd voltage current conversion circuit 2b is connected to the input side of the 1st current mirror circuit 4c respectively. Further, collectors of TRs Qc3, Qd3 at each output terminal of the 1st and 2nd current mirror circuits 4c, 4d are connected in common and the common connecting point 5 is used as the signal output terminal. The offest is set optionally by adjusting properly emitter resistors Rea, Re of the 1st, 2nd voltage current conversion circuit 2a, 2b. The gain is set definitely by using the emitter resistors Rea, Reb and a load resistor R1.
