PURPOSE:To stabilize the supplied hot-water temperature by detecting hunting by a detector for detecting the supplied hot-water temperature and varying the gain so that hunting is not generated. CONSTITUTION:A thermistor 1 for detecting the water temperature is installed onto a hot and cold water mixing cock for mixing cold and hot-water and discharging them. Further, a plurality of rates of the valve 2 opening and closing speed for the difference between the supplied hot-water temperature and a set temperature are set. Further, when the hunting of the supplied hot-water temperature is detected by the thermistor 1, the rate of the opening and closing speed for the valve 2 is varied. With such constitution, the supplied hot-water temperature can be stabilized.
