PURPOSE:To electrically connect a commutator segment to a conducting section, by making current flow between the commutator segment and the conducting section via low fusible alloy, and by fusing the low fusible alloy. CONSTITUTION:On the connecting section between a conducting section 1 and a commutator segment 6, namely, on the commutator connecting section 1-3 and the commutator segment 6 on the conducting section 1, low fusible alloy 7 is previously arranged to be stuck by plating or the like, for example. The conducting section 1 is set on the commutator segment 6 so that the low fusible alloy 7 stuck on the commutator connecting section 1-3 may come in contact with the low fusible alloy 7 stuck on the commutator segment 6, and voltage is applied between the both sections. As the result, the low fusible alloy 7 is fused, and the commutator segment 6 is electrically connected to the conducting section 1. |
