PURPOSE:To improve water-proofness, humidity-proofness, and heat insulating properties, by a method wherein a precipitation layer is formed at the outside of the body of an underground room and a water-proof layer is formed at the inside thereof, and the inner wall of an underground room is built to the inside water-proof layer through the medium of an air layer. CONSTITUTION:The outside of a body 2 made of reinforced rod of an underground room 6 is covered with an asphalt water-proof layer or a sheet water- proof layer 1. An inner water-proof layer 3 is formed on the inside of the body 2 by the use of a water-proof sheet or the like. And, an inner wall layer 5 of PC sheets of the underground room is built on the inner water-proof layer 3 through the medium of a heat insulating air layer 4. This enables improvement of water- proofness, humidity-proofness, and heat insulating properties. |
