Extraction device for toilet bowls

An extraction device for toilet bowls with water flushing is proposed, which comprises a drive motor with a ventilator in an extraction line. The extraction line is connected on the one hand to the water flushing line and on the other hand to an exhaust air line leading to the outside. The section of the line containing the drive motor contains a water barrier which blocks said section against the entry of water during the flushing operation but is released automatically for the extraction operation. The water barrier contains an automatically operating blocking member. When connected to a toilet device with a cistern, its overflow nozzle has an automatic shut-off valve which blocks the overflow nozzle automatically in normal operation against the intake of air from outside but releases it automatically to drain off water in the event of an overflow. This prevents the intake of external air. An additional room extraction can be connected, if required, to the toilet extraction on the exhaust air side.
