PURPOSE:To improve reliability by providing at least either one of two terminals at a terminal plate facing with the plane where the piezoelectric plate of a diaphragm are attached so as to be set at the outerside of the outer diameter of a piezoelectric plate. CONSTITUTION:Out of two terminals 5-1 and 5-2 which are provided at a terminal plate 4 facing with the plane where the piezoelectric plate 1-2 of a diaphragm 1 is attached, either of them at least is provided so as to be at the outerside than the outer diameter of the piezoelectric plate 1-2. And a lead wire 3-1 from the diaphragm 1 is connected to the terminal 5-1 which is studed at the outerside than the outer diameter of the piezoelectric plate 1-2 and a lead wire 3-2 from the piezoelectric plate 1-2 and a lead wire 3-2 from the piezoelectric plate 1-2 is connected to other terminal 5-2. With constituting the device in such a way, it is possible to effectively use the board thickness portion of the piezoelectric plate 1-2 (including electrode layers 103 and 1-4) as a space and it is also to enlarge a tolerance in a soldering lead wires 3-1 and 3-2 to terminals 5-1 and 5-2, etc. when manufacturing. |
