PURPOSE:To remove dead space by turning a valve piece projectingly formed into nearly spoon form, around the axis center which crosses nearly at right angles to a flow passage, thus closing the valve opening by the projecting curved surface. CONSTITUTION:A valve piece 3 which projects in nearly spoon form into the downstream side in the feeding direction of a valve hole 1 formed midway in a flow passage and closes the valve hole 1 by the projecting curved surface is installed rotatably around the axis center X which crosses nearly at right angles to the flow passage. Therefore, the formation of slidable contact places, pockets and dead space due to the spherical body and the formation of the passage in the valve piece 3 as in a spherical valve is suppressed, and the clogging of material can be avioded.
