<p>Compounds of formula (I), and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof: <CHEM> wherein R1 is C1-6 alkyl; R2 is amino, C1-7 acylamino or methyl; R3 is halo or C1-6 alkylthio; R4 and R5 are independently selected from hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, phenyl or phenyl C1-4 alkyl any of which phenyl moieties may be substituted by one or two of halo, CF3, C1-6 alkoxy or C1-6 alkyl; and n is 1 to 3 having gastric motility enchancing activity, a process for their preparation and their use as pharmaceuticals.</p> |
