PURPOSE:To easily make the centering of a vertical type open tank without the needs for foundation bolts by a method in which the base plate of the tank is installed on the inside of a concrete foundation and nonshrink cement mortar is packed into the gap between them. CONSTITUTION:A concrete foundation and a floor slab for a housing are concurrently constructed in advance, and a tank is installed through a packer plate 5 on them and its centering is made. After the completion of the centering, a nonshrink grout 3 is packed into the gap between the foundation 1, the tank skirt 2, and the tank base plate 4. The centering and installing operations of the tank can be made easier without the needs for foundation bolts.
