PURPOSE:To provide a resin compsn. having excellent flame retardance while retaining excellent impact resistance, by adding a compd. selected from among an ether, a polycarbonate, a carboxylate ester and a sulfate ester and a polysiloxane rubber to an arom. polycarbonate resin. CONSTITUTION:A small quantity of an organopolysiloxane rubber and a small quantity of a flame retardance imparting compd. selected from among an ether (A) derived from a 6-40C phenol and a 1-10C sulfoalkyl halide wherein the sulfo group is attached to C atom of the alkyl group, a polycarbonate (B) of formula I (wherein X is halogen; m is 0, 1-4; Y is a 1-10C alkylene; M is H, etc.; Z is a 1-9C alkylene, etc.), a carboxylate ester (C) of formula II (wherein R' is a 1-40C arom. hydrocarbon group, etc.; Y' is H, etc.; M' is an alkali or alkaline earth metal) and a sulfate ester (D) wherein the alcohol component forming the ester is a 1-40C monohydric alcohol, etc., are added to an arom. polycarbonate resin having a structural viscosity index of less than 1.4. |
