PURPOSE:To produce an easily bondable film of excellent adhesiveness by applying a specified easily bondable layer to at least either of the surfaces of a polymer film. CONSTITUTION:A reactive hydrogen-containing polyfunctional compound of a MW of 400-25,000 (e.g., polyester having two hydroxyl groups at terminals) is reacted with a polyisocyanate and a compound having at least one carboxylate group of the formula [wherein X is Na, K, Li or NR4 (wherein R is H or alkyl)] to obtain an aqueous polyurethane solution (A) of a pH of 6-10, containing 0.02-20wt% COOX groups of the formula. A nonionic surfactant, etc., are added to component A to obtain a polyurethane primer composition (B). Component B is applied by, for example, roll coating to at least either of the surfaces of a polymer film (e.g., polyester film) which has not yet undergone crystallization/orientation. This film is dried at 50-240 deg.C, stretched and heat-treated to complete orientation/crystallization. |
