PURPOSE:To obtain a tubular part whose core is positioned at the center always according to a clamping state of a split mold and not bent and thickness is uniform, by providing a right circular cylinder part controlling the inside diameter of a tubular part, a tapered part controlling an opening end part of the tubular part in a tapered state and a guide cylinder part on the outside diameter part of the core. CONSTITUTION:The outside diameter part of a core 6 which is made to position within cavities 3b, 4b for a tubular part of split molds 1, 2 is constituted of a right circular cylinder part 6a controlling the inside diameter of the tubular part, a tapered part 6b controlling an opening end part of the tubular part in a tapered state and a guide cylinder part 6c fitting close in the cavities 3b, 4b for the tubular part in a mold-clamping state. As the core 6 is made to position at the center of the cavities 3b, 4b for the tubular part always through mold clamping of the split molds 1, 2 and the thick guide cylinder part 6c whose diameter is identical with those of the cavities 3b, 4b is supported by the cavities 3b, 4b, it does not happen that the core 6 is bent. Then the tubular part whose thickness is uniform an be obtained.
