PURPOSE:To prevent a floor panel from being bent during its assembly step to aim at sustaining the accuracy of a building unit, by supporting floor panel joists with the use of floor panel joist receiving sections set on floor panel receiving beds, and by supporting bases for the floor panel with the use of base receiving sections. CONSTITUTION:A floor panel 11 is formed as a floor structure, by attaching a surface member to the upper surface of a framework assembly which is formed of side floor panel joists 11A, end floor panel joists 11B and intermediate floor panel joists 11C that are assembled in a rectangular shape. Further, in this floor panel, base 11E are attached to the lower section of side floor panel joists 11A, 11B corresponding to the side edge sections to which wall panels 12, 13 are secured. Accordingly, since the loads of the floor panel 11 and the wall panels 12, 13 set on the floor panel 11 are widely distributed onto several sections of floor panel receiving beds 29 so that it is possible to restrain the floor panel 11 from being bent during the assembly step, thereby it is possible to enhance the assembling accuracy of a building unit 10.
