PURPOSE:To make simpler constitution and improve high operability by setting a decompressing operation member of a decompression device, which decompresses by pushing up a push rod near a governing operation member of a speed governor. CONSTITUTION:Operation of turning a regulator handle 22, with an operation knob 50, to the decompression position at the time of the engine start-up rotates a decompression lever 38 through a decompression link 41 to the same direction of a decompression shaft 25. Then a decompression set pin 51 is inserted into a decompression set groove 52 to be kept in the decompression set condition, and at the same time a push rod 29 is moved upward by a decompression cam part 26 of the decompression shaft (25)'s edge to put the machine in a decompression condition. This decompression condition is automatically removed when an exhaust cam 27, at the start of the engine, pushes the decompression lever 38 by a decompression return rod 26 to detach the connection of the pin 51 and the groove 52.
