摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enhance a follow-up property in a valve unit and promote a pump to obtain its high speed, by constituting the pump so as to forcedly open and close the valve unit in accordance with reciprocating motion of a plunger through friction force generated between a resisting material, provided in the periphery of the valve unit, and the internal surface of a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A piston rod 24 is reciprocated in the axial direction by rotation of a crankshaft, and a pump, fitting a plunger 27 to be inserted to a stepped part 25 in a point end of the piston rod 24 and housed in a cylinder 21, separates inside the cylinder 21 and a manifold 20 into a base end chamber 28 and a point end chamber 29. The pump, forming plural through holes 31, communicating with the both chambers 28, 29, in the plunger 27, seatably mounts a valve unit 33 of a doughnut plate-shaped suction valve 40 to the end part of the through hole 31 in a side of the point end chamber 29 serving as a valve seat 32. And the pump, securing a resisting material 39, consisting of a circular arc-shaped sectional elastic material of rubber or the like, along to the periphery of said valve unit 33, longitudinally moves the valve unit 33 in accordance with reciprocating motion of the plunger 27 by friction force between the resisting material 39 and an internal surface of the cylinder 21.</p>
