PURPOSE:To simplify the positional alignment of a barrel and a tube bundle to aim at smoothly inserting the tube bundle into the barrel, by using a laser beam, as a reference, which emerges in the advancing direction of a tube bundle transfer rail vehicle, to coaxially align the barrel and the tube bundle. CONSTITUTION:When a switch for a laser projector device 8 is turned on, a laser beam L is directed forward along the prolonged line of the center line of a rail vehicle 2, and therefore, the height of a fork 6 is adjusted while a barrel S is moved right and left to eliminate their shift such that the laser beam impinges upon the peripheral surface center of a front nozzle N, passing through a flange hole (h) in the rear section of the barrel S. The heightwise relationship between the support pieces 6a, 6a of a fork 6 and the projector device 8 is such that the axes of a tube bundle TB and the barrel S are adjusted to be at the same level when the laser beam L impinges upon the peripheral surface center of a nozzle N, and the lateral positional relationship of both tube bundle and the barrel such that both axes are naturally set at one and same position since the projector device 8 is positioned on a symmetrical plane between the support pieces 6a, 6a, thereby both are on one and the same axial line through the inermediary of the laser beam. |
