PURPOSE:To enable the vacuum deaeration inside of a chamber, gas blowing into and liquid injection to be achieved by providing integrably a porous member on the lower surface of a floating weight in the batch type kneader provided with the hopper shoot having the floating weight capable of fitting and lowering or opening and shutting at the upper and central part of a chamber. CONSTITUTION:The porous member 10 composed of continuously foamed mate rial, etc. is provided on the lower surface of a floating weight facing the inside of a chamber 3. Inside of the floating weight 4 being in contact with said porous member 10, the space 11a receiving the gas or liquid introduced into the porous member 10 or led out of said member 10, and the connecting hole 11a connecting this space 11a to the outside of the float, are provided. One end of the connecting hole 11bis connected to the piping port 13 provided on one upper side of a hopper shoot 6 by a piping 12, whereby the porous member 10 is connected to the outside of the hopper shoot 6 without connecting with the space in said hopper shoot, and then the smoothly leading out of the gas and reducing pressure inside of the chamber may be achieved. |
