发明名称 METHOD OF FABRICATING FUNCTIONAL COMPONENT PART
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the fatigue of a functional part caused by concavities and convexities created during a roughening process, by clamping stacked thin metal sheets, after or before heat-treatment, between thick plates with the use of bolts of a clamp to finish the metal sheets in one unit body. CONSTITUTION:0.005mm thickness of thin stainless steel sheets are stacked one upon another to 600 in the number, and are vertically held between retainer plates 4, 5 by fastening bolts 6 so as to obtain a workpiece 3. During a first fabricating process a wire electrode 1 is made to pierce through a hole previous ly formed in the workpiece 3, and a desired shape functional part 2 is cut off, starting from the hole and is taken out. Then, with the use of a holding means such as a bolt 8, a jig, a clamp or the like, the functional part 2 which is formed of stacked thin metal sheets are integrally held, and then, after being separated from the workpiece 3, is subjected to a finishing process for smoothing or deburring the fabricated surfaces obtained by the roughening process. Thus, it is possible to reduce the fatigue of the functional part which has been brought about during the roughening process, by shaping the functional part during the roughening process and then subjecting the functional part to a finishing electrochemical machining process or a chemical process.
