PURPOSE:To prevent an operating part from being driven at a time when an operator being situated nearer to a farm working machine walks and operates it backwards as well as to secure operational safety, by checking the backward operation with collision motions between a lever side control member and an operating part side control member. CONSTITUTION:A farm working machine 3 is connected to a hitch 2 of a walking farm machine 1, while a driving gearshift lever 7 for operating a driving gearshifting mechanism 6 is installed at the opposite side to this farm working machine 3. A lever side control member 31 is installed in an erecting part 7a of the gearshift lever 7, and a rear end of a bar-form, operating part side control member 30is engaged with a tip end of the lever 7. And, when the driving gearshift lever 7 exists in a backward position, a tip end part 31a of the lever side control member 31 comes to close a port path of the operating part side control member 30, so that operation of a operating part gearshift lever 22 situated in neutral to the gear shifting position in checked by what a tip end of the operating part side control member 30 collides with the tip end part 31a.
