PURPOSE:To prevent suction of a refrigerant in a large quantity to a fluid machine when it is started in a sleeping condition of the refrigerant, by providing a throttle in a suction port while a conduction hole, equalizing pressure of the all spaces in a low pressure side in a shell, in the outer frame of a bearing frame. CONSTITUTION:A suction port 3, provided in a fixed scroll 1, has a throttle of minimum limit required for reducing an abnormal rise of delivery pressure generated when a machine is started with a refrigerant in a sleeping condition. While spaces 17, 18, arranging an Oldham's coupling 12, communicate with low pressure space in a shell 22 through a conduction hole 38 formed in the outer frame of a bearing frame 9. Consequently, the abnormal rise of delivery pressure, when a machine is started in a condition with the refrigerant in a sleeping state, is prevented by a pressure break of the suction port 3, while pop off of oil due to a decrease of pressure in a working chamber, generated in accordance with said pressure break, is also prevented by pressure equalizing action of the conduction hole 38.
