PURPOSE:To aim at reduction in loading and unloading operations on a container, by installing a device capable of loading the container automatically on a container mounting bed of a car. CONSTITUTION:An extruding plate 4 is retractably attached to the inside of a container 3, while engaging holes 8 are formed at both sides of this extruding plate 4. A lock pin 10 as a lock device is extended or retracted to or from the container 3 at a position little to a rear part at both side walls of the container 3, thus it is so designed as to engage or disengage to or from a engaging hole 8 of the extruding plate 4 at a backward position. In an outer end opening of the container 3, there is provided with a cover 13 to be opened or closed by a cover on-off cylinder 12. A guide block 15 of the container 3 is locked onto a container mounting bed 2, and the rear end of an extrusion-cum-pullback cylinder 16 is rockably attached to a bracket at a front end of the guide block 15 by means of a pin.
