PURPOSE:To attain an appropriate time constant by providing a shaft made of a soft magnetic material which is not coiled between a frame and a conductive case. CONSTITUTION:A core 6 shunts a flux from a core 2, and its shunt amount can be changed by varying the sectional area of the core 6, magnetic permeability and a saturated magnetic flux density. Because the flux in a hollow and a current are not changed, an inductance having the shunt can be increased without increasing a loss where a slight loss in the core is neglected. Moreover the shunt contributes the increase in the flux, however it does not affect a magnetic field distribution with respect to a chip 1. Accordingly even if the sectional shape of the shaft material 6 has any type, or some part is saturated during an action, a uniform magnetic field can be obtained in the interior unless the frame core 2 is saturated with the sufficient magnetic permeability. Thus the appropriate time constant can be obtained.
