摘要 PURPOSE:To use a low-priced detector and a general-purpose control parts by outputting a moving amount as a pulse quantity from an incremental detector and counting said pulse quantity by means of a counter circuit. CONSTITUTION:The incremental detector 8 detects the moving angle of a measuring body and the changing amount of length as the pulse quantity, and inputs them to the counter circuit 10. Said pulse is counted by the circuit 10, and its counted numeric is cumulated and outputted to a converting circuit 12. It converts the counted numeric into the physical quantities of the angle and length and causes an interface part 13 to output position data. An origin detecting circuit 11 receives an origin pulse from the detector 8 prior to starting measurement, and sets measurement original position data to the circuit 10. Then the interface part 13 transmits three-dimensional position data to a hand held computer 14. It records the three-dimensional position data on all measuring points and transmits it to a general-purpose computer 16, which converts a polar coordinate system to an orthogonally intersecting coordinate system and calculates the accuracy of a subject to be measured.
