PURPOSE:The titled substance, obtained by reacting a cyclic oligomer of a phosphonitrile halide with hexafluoro-2-propanol and trihydroperfluoroalcohol, having improved resistance to active gases, and suitable for rotary pump oils. CONSTITUTION:(A) 1mol 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoroisopropanol is reacted with (B) 1mol one or two ore more 1,1,omega-trihydroperfluoroalcohols (3C, 5C, 7C or 9C), e.g. 1,1,5-trihydroperfluoropentanol, in the presence of about 2mol Na while cooling to give a reaction solution, which is then reacted with (C) about 2mol cyclic oligomer of a phosphonitrile halide (trimer - tetramer or a mixture thereof or further with pentamer or higher oligomer), e.g. phosphonitrile chloride tetramer, to afford the aimed compound expressed by the formula [(PN)n is phosphonitrile ring; 1.3<=m<=2.8; 3<=n<=4.3; 1<=l<=2n-1]. |
