PURPOSE:To confirm always a photographing information by the display part of a stroboscope or a camera and to make convenient at the time of photographing by outputting a control signal by the control circuit of the stroboscope, turning on the electric power source of the camera and executing data transfer at the section of the camera, even when the electric power source of the camera is not turned on. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a control circuit which when the electric power source of the camera is not turned on, transmits the control signal to turn on the electric power source and outputs the signal to be able to transmit and receives the data at the section of the camera. Namely, a central calculating part CPU1 outputs an L level signal to an output port P5 at the time of receiving the data at the camera side and the central calculation part CPU1 outputs an H level signal to the output port P5 at the time of transmitting the data. At the time of receiving the data of the stroboscope, a central calculating part CPU2 makes an output port P23 into an L level signal, and at the time of transmitting the data, the central calculating part CPU2 makes the output port P23 into an H level signal.
