PURPOSE:To prevent an animation picture from being blurred and to attain smooth movement by moving spatially a video signal based on a moving vector of a scope and printing it on a movie film overlappingly. CONSTITUTION:A moving vector 2v of the entire scope between frames is detected by a moving vector detection circuit 2 based on a G primary color signal given directly from an input terminal and a G primary color signal GIN 1 before one frame given from a frame memory 1 and the vector is given to a moving quantity command circuit 4 via a smoothing circuit 3. The moving quantity command circuit 4 calculates a moving vector per field and outputs a moving quantity signal vM at each field to a sequential shift circuit 6 and a shift circuit of the other primary color signal system based on a frame order signal ODR given from a 5-frame counter 5 inputting a vertical synchronizing signal VD. The shift circuit 6 receives the G primary color signal GIN 1 from the frame memory 1, applies signal conversion in response to the moving quantity signal vM and outputs a recording output signal GOUT to be printed on a movie film.
