An arrangement for connecting a pipe system extending in a preferably essentially parallel manner in relation to and close to a wall surface to pipelines extending through the wall surface, comprises at least one coupling housing 4, located adjacent to the wall surface, connecting at least one pipeline 2 extending through the wall surface to at least one pipeline extending at a different angle in relation to the pipeline 2 extending through the wall surface. An essentially tubular pressure nipple 5 is connected to the coupling housing 4 by means of a thread connection, with an end portion surrounded by the coupling housing 4 engaging around an end portion of a pipeline 2 extending from the wall surface into the coupling housing 4, manual rotary action imparting to the pressure nipple 5 a displacement movement which acts on one or more locking and sealing member(s) 8, 9, 10 in such a manner that the pipeline 2 is made to communicate in a sealed manner with a bore 6 located essentially centrally in the pressure nipple 5.
