PURPOSE:To decrease the number of times of callings or to facilitate the management of information by sending destination information and designation communication information corresponding to the destination from a sending subscriber and allowing a multiple address communication equipment to send the distribution communication information designated at each destination subscriber in a form added continuously with a serial number based on the destination information and the designated communication information. CONSTITUTION:A central processing unit 11 reads at first materials M1-M6 sequentially from a memory 14, transfers them to a formatting device 16 and the materials M1-M6 added with page number from the device 16 are transferred to a subscriber terminal T2 via a bus 15, a transmission section 13, a transmission line 50a and an exchange 30. When the transfer is finished, the paterials M1-M6, M7, M8 are sent sequentially to subscriber terminals T3-T5 similarly. The user at a subscriber terminal equipment T1 desiring the multiple address communication arranges the required material in order, forms a header designating the material sent to each destination in matching with the order of the materials and sends it so as to transfer the information designated at every destination to plural destinations with only one calling while a serial number is added.
