PURPOSE:To prepare another program during the processing without sacrificing the processing performance by providing a setting displaying part-cum- programming device. CONSTITUTION:A setting displaying part-cum-programming device 10 transmits the data, which an operator inputs by operating an operating key part 10E while he watches a displaying part 10F, through a serial data transmitting part 10D to a serial data transmitting part 2 by a CPU control part 10A, stores and sets to a storing part 6 by the control of a CPU control part, transmits the storing displaying data of the storing part 6 from the transmitting part 2 through the transmitting part 10D to the CPU 10A by the action of the CPU control part 5, and displays to a displaying part 10F. Next, the programming cuts away the connection of the transmitting part 10D and the transmitting part 2, the operating key part 10E is operated while the displaying part 10F is watched, the data are inputted and stored into a storing part 10B by the CPU 10A. Next, an input output/device interface part 10C stores the memory data to an input/output device 11 and the memory data of the device 11 to the storing part 10B.
